Complaint Registration
Complaints relating to services provided by Universal WiFi in relation to either contract or
subscriber’s agreement can be registered with our Sales or Customer Relationship Manager,
providing all relevant details – location, name, and contacts.

Should you remain unhappy with the service provided and handling of the registration of your
the complaint, it may be escalated to the Strategic Manager – contact@uniwifibw.com
Any dispute arising under this contract will be settled cordially between the relevant parties as per
the stated escalation channels, the customer has the authority to further escalate the complaint to
Botswana Regulatory Authority.
